Petrano Supply Inc. is committed to making this website usable by as many people as reasonably possible, including people who use assistive technology.
1. Standards
Petrano aims to conform to WCAG 2.1 Level AA for newly published website content. We are reviewing the site for semantic structure, sufficient colour contrast, keyboard access, readable text, and accessible forms where reasonably available.
2. Accessible customer service in Ontario
Petrano follows the Accessibility for Ontarians with Disabilities Act and Ontario Regulation 191/11, Customer Service Standards, when serving Ontario customers.
Every employee who deals with customers completes AODA customer service training. Proof of completion is provided to customers on request.
Petrano communicates in accessible formats on request.
Service animals and support persons are welcome at any meeting or site visit.
Petrano gives notice of any planned or unexpected disruption to its services.
3. Feedback and alternate formats
If you encounter an accessibility barrier, or need website information in another format, contact Petrano at info@petrano.ca or (204) 202-3242. We will work with you to provide the information in an accessible format or by another reasonable method where possible.
4. Response process
We acknowledge and answer accessibility feedback within 2 business days.
5. Limitations
Some third-party documents, manufacturer PDFs, legacy documents, or external websites may not be fully controlled by Petrano. We will help provide accessible information where reasonable.
