What we do in this sector

We supply lithography and packaging equipment, including mask aligners and fully automated vacuum dry film photoresist laminators for 200 and 300 mm wafers, along with wafer processing tools and semiconductor wafers and substrates. We have delivered cleanroom process equipment for Canadian research facilities and support microelectronics measurement requirements through our metrology range.

Our approach

Semiconductor tools are facility projects, not shipments. We work through cleanroom class, through-wall or bulkhead installation, utility hookup, SEMI automation interfaces and acceptance testing in the quotation phase, and coordinate the manufacturer through installation and qualification.

Common questions in this sector

Can equipment be installed through-wall into our cleanroom?

Yes, where the platform supports it. We confirm bulkhead options, ISO class compatibility and service access with the manufacturer before quoting.

Do your tools support SEMI automation standards?

Automated platforms we supply can include SEMI E84 / E87 load port automation and GEM 300 host communication; requirements are confirmed per model at quotation.

Can you source substrates as well as equipment?

Yes. We source semiconductor wafers and substrates, including indium phosphide prime grade, to your diameter, orientation, doping and finish specification.
