Compliance first: we read the full requirement, confirm mandatory criteria in writing with the manufacturer, and state compliance point by point. Site requirements such as CSA electrical certification, utility hookup and room constraints are addressed in the quotation, not discovered at delivery.

Our equipment must be CSA certified. How do you handle that?

We confirm certification status with the manufacturer up front and, where a unit is not factory certified, we quote the recognized field evaluation path before shipment or at installation.

Can you manage long-lead and staged deliveries?

Yes. We track factory milestones, report progress, and coordinate staged delivery, installation windows and commissioning with your facility team.

What documentation do you provide?

Technical data sheets, manuals, certificates of conformance where applicable, and supplier documentation packages assembled for your review and records.
